A couple more

What is so amazing about the everglades is the change in the environment.  First a water swamp area, to pine trees, and finally a salt water marsh.

Key Largo and the Everglades

Friday, April 4th I headed down for a small vacation to key largo, fl.  The purpose to regain my sanity after spending too many weeks traveling to Chicago for client obligations.  Now most of you would think traveling would be the last thing I wanted to do, but hey its was 85+ in Key Largo.  How could I resist...   Plus I get to go scuba diving.

So, I have posted pictures of the private beach I was staying on.  I spent many of a day there just being lazy.   Of course I went diving for two days.  I will post those pictures at a later date as I still have to get them developed.

Then the last day, I went to the Everglades.   I love going to National Parks.  If I'm near one; then I try to take advantage.  Plus I have my to get my National Park passport book stamped for each park.  LOL   At the park, I saw american alligators, crocidles, turtles, birds, and flora.   I'm going to head back there for a more through visit as I only got about 5 hours in the park.   But here are some pictures.

I hope you enjoy.

Welcome

Hi!  This is a blog that will detail my adventures from traveling.   I will only start with my current trips and not proceed down memory lane.

I'm using this blog as an informal way to update my family and friends of my travel.   OHH to technology.

However, for those who don't know me, I love taking pictures.  Therefore, I hope you enjoy.

Hope you enjoy!!
